Our Approach

We have called Panama City Beach our home for over a decade and still feel very lucky to live in this paradise 365 days a year. Spending the majority of this time in the hospitality industry, we began to notice many issues with group bookings from both the event and hotel side. Striving to improve the efficiency for both parties and provide something special for the traveling guests, we started to develop various solutions that continually prove to be effective.

After many years of working closely with local hotels, vacation rentals, area attractions and specialized events, we finally decided to launch this group travel business. Our approach has been met with success for each event that we've represented, creating positive results and word-of-mouth reputation. The demand from within the tourism-based event industry finally commanded that we not only work closely with travel events, but also work directly with groups traveling to this area.
